A Week At Wesleyan - Weekly Photo Recap April 1-5, 2019

The Hurdle Café, dedicated in 2001 to the College Chaplain, William Hurdle, is open extended hours. A popular place for students to gather, the Café also provides high-speed wireless (WI-FI) access to the Internet.

The Class of 2019 shared a toast at Bradley House with President Fowler to celebrate their upcoming graduation.

Students and community members learned about Chinese scripts and practiced their hand at writing Chinese characters. This event was hosted by the Confucius Institute at Wesleyan College. The CIWC offers Chinese language courses for youth and adults, including Wesleyan students; summer camps in China; Chinese language and cultural art classes through The Wesleyan Academy of Lifelong Learning; faculty exchanges with Guangzhou University; and a variety of cultural performances.

Senior art majors are working feverishly to complete their pieces before next week's Senior Art Showcase on April 9th.
